A bit of a late one today as I have been surrounded by flour, measuring cups and bowls.
Thank you sooooo much for your great cupcake feedback, from what I gather, decorating is pretty high on your list of tips, that's good!!
A few of you asked about cupcakes with surprises in the middle, so today that is what I am up to...fingers crossed it passes the family taste test later tonight.
If it is a success I will share it with the ladies at the cupcake workshop on Saturday, there are still spots if you are interested.

How very clever! I would never have thought of something so simple for putting a 'suprise' in the cupcake centre... I would have just assumed it was some sort of witchcraft... ;)

Also, I think I'm going to have to try those peanut butter cupcakes!!

Talk about ANTE-UPPING. Surprises in the middle? Just you call if the household guinea pigs ever need to take a break...
I would love to attend but alas it's a very far trip... Worth it but not this time...hehe. i always wondered how they got the surprises inside!! Now i know!!

They look so yummy I can almost taste it. If the 'icing' is on the inside, it doesn't seem as if you are eating too much of it - I like that idea!
Well no wonder the cupcake students had fun last weekend if you were teaching them cool stuff like that! They look delicious!
